Meet the founder

Mike LaNeve

Mike LaNeve has been a USCG Captain for 10 years and has traveled the majority of the Bahamas and the East Coast from Key West to Canada. Mike served as Chief Operating Officer of At the Helm Training, a nationally accredited boat owner training company. Born and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida, under a father who was a captain for 30 years, Mike fell in love with the yachting industry. Mike attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Supply Chain and Operations Management. Mike currently holds a USCG Captain's License and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
